ABOUT OUR CARDS
All greetings cards are hand drawn, designed & produced by Just Joy Designs in England.
Cards are BLANK INSIDE so you can write your own special message.
All cards are printed on FSC 280gsm card (silk on the front to make the design pop & matt on the inside to make writing your personal message easier).
All cards are size A6 folded (105x148mm) & come with an FSC matt white envelope (size C6).

Packaged WITHOUT the use of any plastic to help the environment.
There is a protective card inside with a note of thanks to stop it from bending during transit.

Just Joy Designs was born in 2017 by two sisters, Ceri & Mary with a shared passion for all things creative.
With strong backgrounds in Art & Design our cards are made with a keen eye for quality.
Our greeting cards are created to make you & your loved ones smile with our original, hand drawn illustrations that are accompanied with a clever, amusing and light-hearted pun.
We are an independent business based in Yorkshire & it is here that we design & produce our eco friendly greeting cards.
All of our cards are printed on FSC stock & come with an FSC matt white envelope, meaning our products are fully recyclable. Our cards are also delivered to you without the use of any plastic in an effort to be kind to the environment.

The only information provided to us by nuMonday is your name and address. Your information is not used by any automated systems such as profiling. We use your data for the following purposes:
- To post your goods.
- To produce an invoice which is stored for our records.

THIRD PARTIES
We do not disclose your information to any third parties.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
To comply with financial requirements we keep invoices as a record for six years from the end of the financial year in which the invoice was settled. The information on the invoice is name & address.

YOUR RIGHTS
We would also like to make you aware that you have rights concerning the data we hold. For example you can ask us what information we hold & to supply an electronic copy in a format you can access. If we have any errors you can ensure we rectify it & you can place restrictions on how we use your data. You can ask us to erase your data unless there is overriding legislation that specifies records we must keep. If we are unable to comply with your requests or you are unhappy with how we are using your data you can complain to ICO (Information Commissioner's Office). Shipping Policy

All items will be posted next working day by Royal Mail 2nd class post.

Return Policy

If you return your greeting card, unused and undamaged, within 14 days you will receive a refund of the cost of the card.
