Loglings will not hold or share any of your personal details if you order from us. Once your order has been received, I will keep your contact details for 2 weeks unless communication is ongoing about the purchase.
I have listed each of my items accurately and to the best of my knowledge. As the buyer you are agreeing that you have read the item description and are happy to make the purchase based on the description. If you have any queries or questions regarding an order or an item please send me a message in the first instance. I always seek approval of a custom log before it is varnished and shipped. I do not accept returns for customised pieces.
All items will be sent 'Second Class'. Postage upgrades are available.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your item to be 'delivered' once I have notified you of its dispatch before contacting me.
I do not 'downgrade' on postage, however upgrades are available.
You will be notified when your item has been dispatched.
I do not send items outside of the UK at this time.
If you are not happy with your purchase due to it arriving damaged or broken, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
If the item is damaged and a return/ refund has been agreed, your item(s) must be returned to me within 30 days from the date of delivery, and you should obtain proof of postage. (Buyers will be liable for the return postage cost).
Goods should be returned in the same condition and packed carefully in the same packaging (if possible) that they were sent in. I reserve the right to refuse any returns/ refunds if the condition of the item(s) differs from that which was sent to you.
All refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days once the item has been received.
Please contact me direct regarding faulty or damaged items upon arrival.
I cannot offer a refund or replacement for a personalised/ made to order item unless it is damaged.
Bark that has shed does NOT constitute as damage as this is a natural product and this is a natural occurrence. Please bare this in mind BEFORE ordering. Thank you.
