Hello, I’m Rachel and I’m the lady behind Loglings!
I live in Lincoln, UK with my husband James, our little toddler George, and our 13 year old Lhasa Apso Snoopy. I’m also due baby number two (Oscar) in February 2021.
I started painting during the first lockdown when I had to give up my part time job, & my son started going to nursery. I’ve always been creative and crafty, and originally sold my crochet creations, until I decided that I wanted to keep it as my hobby for enjoyment, and so I started painting!
I wanted my original designs to be on natural log slices as I love the rustic look. They look beautiful, they’re small enough to hang on the wall or a twiggy tree, and it keeps my art affordable for all.
This is my first year, and I hope to be able to continue painting for a long time, so thank you for all your support. It means the world to me!
Loglings will not hold or share any of your personal details if you order from us. Once your order has been received, I will keep your contact details until the item has been shipped and received.
I have listed each of my items accurately and to the best of my knowledge. As the buyer you are agreeing that you have read the item description and are happy to make the purchase based on the description. If you have any queries or questions regarding an order or an item please send me a message in the first instance.
Standard estimated delivery time for this product is currently 7-14 days, although I will aim to make and post your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery.
I'm currently only able to send my products to mainland UK addresses. Requests to delivery to other locations outside of mainland UK will be looked at individually, and may incur additional delivery costs to the consumer. Please feel free to contact me in the first instance.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
*Custom/ personalised items
*Items on sale.
Please contact me within 5 days of delivery regarding a return due to a damaged item. (Photo evidence of the damage may be required)
Post an item back to me within 7 days of delivery (buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.)
Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
I do not accept exchanges.
Refunds will be issued once returned items have been received.
