As wonderful as it sounds, having you bunny hop around your desk all day isn’t the most practical idea. The next best thing? A rabbit pencil case of course!

Our zipped rabbit pencil cases are printed on 100% cotton drill fabric and are fully lined with a durable, water proof white PVC lining. Pencil case measures 20cm x 6cm x 6cm.

Of course, our rabbit pencil cases also make fabulous crochet hook holders, paint brush carriers, mini-make up bags or pencil crayon organisers.

Excellent quality, durable, practical AND super cute, we’re proud to say that our rabbit pencil cases have been manufactured in the UK to our own exclusive design.

Our bunny rabbit fabric pattern is based on our own watercolour designs incorporating Lop, English Spot, Dutch and Lionhead rabbits.

Bunnies each have their own endearing character and we hope that we’ve captured this across each of our rabbit themed gifts, homewares and accessories.

We are a husband and wife team (ably assisted by our handsome boy Humphrey the guinea pig) and we’ve worked hard to curate a wonderful collection of rabbit and guinea pig themed gifts, homewares, accessories and jewellery. The majority of our ranges have been designed right here in our studio and proudly made in the UK using small scale and family run manufacturers that we know and trust.

Our mission is to bring you the best and most unique rabbit and guinea pig gifts and accessories around. From personalised presents to jewellery, we have a wonderful collection of rabbit and guinea pig themed gift ideas for you to explore.

We believe that the care, consideration and choice of raw materials can be seen in the quality of our products and we’ve designed them to be used and enjoyed.

Where we’ve collaborated with other makers on products and collections, we’ve only worked with people who share our commitment to quality and design.

Ensuring that your data is safe is very important to us. In line with recent changes to the law and the introduction of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) we’d like to draw your attention to our privacy policy. We will only ask for data that is relevant to our business. If you place an order through our online store we'll use your address to ship your order. We'll also keep you informed about your order using your e-mail address. If you have agreed to have your e-mail address added to our mailing list, we'll use it to keep up to date with guinea pig related information and news, new product launches special offers. Your data is stored on secure, cloud based servers and double password protected. We have up to date security and virus protection software running on our computer at all times. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Delivery will be added to your order at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, the prices below are based on orders weighing up to 2kg, orders weighing more than 2kg will be charged accordingly.

We are a UK based business but also welcome international orders. Our site automatically detects your country of residence and displays prices in your local currency. Alternatively, you may select your preferred currency using the drop down menu on the top left hand side of each page. Providing your items are in stock we will aim to dispatch your order to you within 3 working days. Should your item not be in stock it will be placed on back order. Please note that if an item ordered is out of stock, the rest of the order will be held until everything is available. If you require your order urgently, please contact us to confirm current processing times BEFORE placing your order.

Return Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products
- Some health, medical and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please see notes below on shipping.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
