These chairs are made to order and handcrafted in our own workshop ensuring quality and tradition throughout the manufacturing process.

Using a mix of hardwoods and soft our frames are made sturdy and strong in a traditional manner.

Using the best of foam our frames are well covered before being upholstered in vintage leather. This leather is a genuine semi-aniline leather retaining all the natural details of the hide which means that any marks and scars will remain visible. We think this gives this leather a true vintage look whilst remaining soft and supple to the touch. The leather comes in a range of colours; Tan, Brown, Grey, Green or Red.

Our Queen Anne chairs have deep buttoned backs which are pleated by hand, they are finished off with finished off with antique renaissance studding on the arms, wings and back before being completed with and solid hardwood Queen Anne legs fitted.

These chairs are a beautiful accent to any room in the house and provide a comfortable seat to relax in.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 14 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm through Sunday, or Bank Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

We do not ship to PO addresses or warehousing facilities, only residential addresses. If you are a business customer please contact us before placing your order.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sofas Direct (Manufacturing Workshop Limited) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages
Should your item arrive damaged please e mail Sofas Direct (Manufacturing Workshop Limited) immediately and forward images so that we can address this with the carrier and find a solution for you. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the UK.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by our carriers systems. We will need both your mobile number and a valid e mail address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Sofas Direct (Manufacturing Workshop Limited) will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and may report the matter to the police. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

Return Policy

We understand that at times items purchased over the internet may not be exactly as you want and as such we are happy to accept items back within 14 days of you receiving them as recorded y the carriers tracking.

The cost of, and arranging a return is the responsibility of the customer, however we understand that this may be difficult and as such we will arrange the return on our behalf and deduct the charge from any refund.

Refunds will be paid within 5-7 days of receiving the items back at the warehouse and once the items have been checked. Any damage will be deducted so please make sure you take pictures of the item in case of damage in transit back to us.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the item is adequately packed to avoid damage in transit. You don't need to use the original packaging.
