We offer free Royal Mail 2nd Class postage as standard. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade your postage.
We aim to dispatch ready-made items within 1-3 business days. For personalised and made to order items please allow up to 2 weeks for making and postage. Please refer to individual items for relevant postage information.
We cannot be held accountable for delays after dispatch and you will need to contact Royal Mail for any enquiries or complaints.
Please factor in delivery times when purchasing, especially if you are ordering an item required for a specific date, as we cannot be held accountable for items delivered after the required time.
Please remember we are a small business and are not responsible for goods once they have left us.
We will endeavour to keep you updated if there have been any unavoidable delays in dispatching your goods.
