PACKAGING & POSTAGE
A5 Post card format and A4 size prints are supplied and shipped in a flat card backed sturdy ‘do-not-bend’ envelope.
A3 or larger format prints are supplied wrapped and securely rolled in cardboard tube to reduce any risk of damage during transportation.
Prints are unframed and not mounted. Ready for individual framing due to an individual interior style and personal requirements.
Prints are sold in excellent condition. No damages nor restorations. Shipping fully insured worldwide in safe proper packaging.
Our Open Edition prints are made mostly to individual order (this is not applicable for Limited Edition Prints) and will be dispatched and posted withing 3-5 working days due to current load of orders. They will be posted standard 2st Class via Royal Mail or alternatively via Parcel Force or Hermes. P&P costs may apply.

Welcome in Rustica Art and Decor. Thank you for visiting us at NuMonday's shop. Every single artwork, limited edition print and decorative object are originals and unique created by myself at the Rustica studio located in North-East England. Although sometimes a different objects such as sculptures may look quite similar, no two identical products are possible to make. All products presented here are handmade during the all stages of artistic creation using a various media and techniques. That's why vast number of art and decor objects created at Rustica are accompanied with signed Certificates of Authenticity issued by Rustica Art and Decor or by Robert Andler-Lipski (dependable on the nature of the object certified). Also, please be assured that literally nothing is leaving the studio without double checking unless I am, as an artist, absolutely satisfied with the highest standard and quality one would expect it to be. This is an essential part of my work.

Shipping Policy

Usually the purchased item is carefully and professionally packed in safe proper packaging, dispatched and ready for shipping within 2-4 working days after the payment was received. In some cases if I'm unable to dispatch your order within max. 4 working days (unless previously stated before purchase), I will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and conditions as to the nature of the delay.

I do ship parcels domestically and worldwide without any exceptions mostly by Royal Mail standard delivery or Parcel Force or by one of selected independent delivery company. All parcels are shipped with a standard insurance available within the company's regulations. If you are interested about any additional or particular type of insurance please contact me prior the shipping to discuss your requirements. International shipment: all parcels are shipped along with all documentation such as customs declaration and commercial / proforma invoice required by the law. With regards to this I cannot take responsibility for any local customs clearance issues which may occurred during the delivery.

When the shipping order is completed you will be updated immediately with details such as delivery company name, tracking number and assumed date of delivery. Most likely the shipments arrive to receivers on scheduled time, however this may be dependable on current situation regarding the local customs clearance and other important issues (international shipping). This part of delivery is totally beyond of my direct control, I'm afraid.
In fact, but very occasionally, parcels are delayed or lost during a shipment. Again, this issue is laying beyond of our control.
If parcel is delayed I kindly ask to inform me about this as soon as possible to let me find out the reason of delay and solution, and in a meantime I do suggest to wait patiently. With regards to this I cannot accept responsibility for any parcels lost during the delivery.

International shipment important notice: please be aware that some customs additional charges or local taxes can be requested and these issues are solely the Customer's (buyer) responsibility. I do not accept returns nor order's cancellations caused by refusal of making payment requested by the local authorities.

Return Policy

I strongly believe that all orders should be placed and purchases made as a result of ones perceptive consideration and based on conscious decision. However, if you are not entirely satisfied or wish to return your purchased object, I operate a 14 days return policy for all of products from the date of purchase. Please inform me at your earliest convenience of this decision, and I will be in touch asap with further instructions about the return and any applicable refunds. Please note that all returns (excluding damage) are dependable on the artwork being returned in the same condition in which it was originally dispatched.

If the purchased object has been damaged, you will be entitled to full or partial refund or replacement. Please note that all refunds due to damage are restricted to harm incurred prior to receiving the product such as during shipment. I cannot take responsibility for any damages incurred once the object is in your possession, this includes but is not limited to the defects that arise due to failure to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage, installation, use or maintenance of the work.
In that case, when it is clearly and undoubtedly a delivery company's fault and only responsibility, clear photos of packaging and item's damages along with detailed comprehensive description are strongly required. In order to delivery company's regulations I will be in duty to present all photographs and descriptions when case will be opened against the occurrence.
