Shipping Policy

Items are shipped out within two to three working days by Royal Mail second class post.

The shipping charge is £2 for small, metal stamped items, regardless of how many items are ordered.

Return Policy

Non-customised items may be returned and refunded (minus shipping and transaction fees).

Customised items may not be returned and refunded due to buyer error (e.g. adding the incorrect text to be stamped to the message box). Customised items that contain any errors made by the seller will be replaced and corrected free of charge.
