An adorable penguin hug is the perfect way to send your loved one a token hug while you are waiting to give them a real one! This is a small I miss you gift for your special friend or relative to keep in their pocket as a way for you to say I’m thinking of you.

This cute little penguin has been handmade with fused glass and makes a special keepsake. Post your friend or family member a letterbox hug to show you care especially at a difficult time.

The penguin has been glued onto a piece of white piece of card with a choice of one of the messages (Please note the message shown on the first photo is one or your options below, it is not printed in each card. The messages are pre-printed, so I am unable to accept custom requests I’m afraid).

Your recipient can easily remove the tactile glass gem from the card and feel it’s smoothness for relaxation while thinking of you.

The penguin measures approximately 2.5cm x 3cm and the backing card is approximately 7cm x 9.5cm. Comes in a gift bag and can be posted directly to your special friend or loved one. Each animal has been individually handmade with tiny pieces of glass, so every one will be unique and may vary slightly from the photo. Bubbles may be present under the surface which are part of the fusing process and add to the charm of the penguin.

Shipping Policy

Our aim is to DISPATCH all orders within 1-3 business days of payment being received. Please allow extra time in addition to this to receive your goods as the postal service is out of my control. Unfortunately we are experiencing some delays with the UK postal system at present due to the recent postal strikes. However I am doing my best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

All orders are carefully packaged in protective postal bags or boxes and sent from the United Kingdom.

PHOTOGRAPHS

We try to take photographs that accurately represent the colours of the jewellery. However, dichroic glass in particular is notoriously difficult to photograph due to its reflective properties and photographs therefore may not always be a true reproduction of the beautiful piece that you will receive. As each item is handmade there will be slight variation from one product to another. This is why we promise that every piece is individual and truly unique. Bubbles may be present in the fused glass which appear during the fusing process - we believe this can add to the charm of the piece.

Return Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your goods, but in the unlikely event that there is a problem you may return faulty or damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. However, please contact me before returning goods. A full refund will be given upon receipt of articles returned. Postage costs (as charged) will also be refunded for faulty goods.

If you are not happy with your purchase for another reason we will offer a refund for goods (but not the postal charge) received within 14 days of receipt in their original new condition with original packaging, unworn, and securely packaged. We are sorry that refunds will not be given for earrings. Please get in contact with me prior to returning goods.

In either case, the goods you wish to return remain your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore, we suggest that you use a delivery service which insures the item(s) for their value. The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.
