A handmade phone stand or tablet stand, being the perfect gift for anyone, young or old!

The phone stand is made from 100% cotton fabric and is stuffed using polyester toy stuffing and white rice, which gives it it’s weight. The pillow stand is a very useful and practical gift, that can be used to watch videos on a phone or tablet, to read a book, or just to keep your phone where you want it! The phone holder can be placed anywhere in your home or in the office and you can place your phone in portrait or landscape mode.

Makes a great stocking filler or Secret Santa gift as well as for birthdays, Mother’s day or Father’s day.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through NuMONDAY.co.uk or its related sites and services. Personal information I collect To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised NuMONDAY to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. The Legal Base for Information Collection The General Data Protection Regulations (May 2018) (EU) (known as GDPR 2018 throughout the rest of this Policy) requires that I explain the legal bases I rely on to collect, use, and share your personal information. The third parties with whom I may share personal information The GDPR (2018) requires that I disclose the details of any personal information I share with third parties. Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows: • NuMONDAY. I share information with NuMONDAY as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the NuMONDAY Seller Policy and NuMONDAY Terms of Use. • Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies- for example the Royal Mail or UPS. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services. • Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law. • Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others. 4. The length of time I keep personal information The GDPR (2018) requires me to disclose the period of time during which I will store personal information. Data Retention I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period - 6 years as this is required of me by the UK’s Her Majesty’s Customs and Revenue Service (HMRC) 5. If transferring personal information outside of Europe, how the transfer will be handled GDPR (2018) requires me to disclose if you transfer personal information outside of the EU and the legal bases you rely on to do so, such as consent and contractual necessity. The only circumstance in which I would transfer personal information out of the European Union would be for delivery purposes through trustworthy services such as the Royal Mail or UPS or similar postal services. Any other information will only be held by NuMONDAY itself and for that purpose you should refer to their Privacy Policy 6. Buyers’ rights regarding my use of your personal information and my contact details Your Rights If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below: • Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below. • Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Apart from exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request. • Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons. • Complain. Terms and Conditions

For a refund, please contact me within 14 days of receipt and return the item in the original packaging within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will not be given for items damaged by the buyer. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped by Royal Mail and will be carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they are delivered to you safely. Items can be sent directly to the recipient if you wish, please let me know as I am happy to add a personal gift message in with your order, just let me know when you checkout. UK shipping is Royal Mail second class as standard; an upgrade to first class is available at an additional cost. Please get in touch if you need next day guaranteed delivery (additional cost will apply). International shipping is tracked with signature on delivery for all items over £10. Orders below £10 will be sent international standard which does not include tracking. An upgrade to tracked and signed is available. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. All orders will be shipped as soon as possible after payment has cleared. I aim to make your item and post it within 3-5 working days, but occasionally things take a little longer, particularly close to times of celebration, so there may be a slight delay. Personalised or Custom Orders typically take longer than standard orders, but I always try to complete orders as quickly as possible, so you are not waiting for your purchase longer than necessary. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost by Royal Mail I will send a replacement once Royal Mail consider it officially lost. For UK second class mail this is currently 13 working days after posting; for UK first class mail it is 11 working days after posting. International mail will be longer. Royal Mail working days are Monday to Friday.

Return Policy

The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: • Custom or personalised orders • Perishable products (like food or flowers) • Digital downloads • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAILS DAMAGED ITEMS Everything I send is packaged carefully and protected for the journey to arrive with you in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged or faulty (custom & personalised items included) then please let me know within 3 days of receiving your order and kindly provide photos highlighting the problem so that I can arrange a replacement or refund. CHANGED YOUR MIND Please inform me of your decision to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. As soon as I receive the item back in its original condition I shall issue you a refund. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer and I require that you obtain proof of posting when you return your order. After 14 days I can only offer an exchange - return shipping and re-shipping costs are both payable by the customer. Please get in touch before sending and do note the item must be in its original condition in order to receive either a refund or an exchange. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS International buyers please ensure you mark the customs form as 'RETURNING GOODS'. This avoids VAT fees (at 20% of the item value) and an £8 handling fee. Any fees incurred will be deducted from your refund if the correct procedure has not been followed. PERSONALISED & CUSTOM ORDERS Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you realise that you have made a mistake when ordering, please get in touch as quickly as possible as once the item is shipped, it is non-returnable and cannot be exchanged (unless faulty). Orders that have been damaged by the customer cannot be accepted for return/refund/exchange.
