Shipping Policy
I aim to ship items within 2 full working days upon receipt of your order paid in full.
Postage is at the buyer's expense via Royal Mail services within the UK only.
Please ensure the shipping address details are correct at time of check out.

Return Policy
All personalised items are non refundable unless proven to be faulty.
Buyers are responsible for return postage fees. If you are returning an item, please send back to me in the original packaging and in an "unused" condition. Please ensure you keep a proof of posting receipt. I cannot give a refund if the item is returned damaged.
