1) A photo of your choice to be added to the card.
2) The name of the loved one
3) The date of birth and date of passing or you can add the year of birth and year of passing as per the example template in the picture
4) The wording you wish to add and the colour of this wording
5) The Background colour of the card
These are lovely to pass onto friends and family to keep in the memory of a passed loved one.
