Terms and Conditions
It is our intention to make your gifts look as attractive as possible. We can't guarantee as to how your personalised engraving will be laid out on the gifts chosen. This is left to the discretion of our experienced engravers who will endeavour to make your gifts look as gorgeous as possible. Our order acknowledgment e-mail is not an indication of how the engraving will be set out. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any return of goods which have been engraved to individual request. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If the item is faulty or the personalisation is incorrect due to our error, we will gladly replace it at no charge to you.
We deliver to the UK using Royal Mail 2nd class as our standard method or Parcel Force 48 hours for our fragile or heavier consignments. We also offer expedited service for next day delivery. For multiple, quicker and heavier parcels we offer a quotation with couriers like TNT. Please contact us to get a quote.

If any item is not what you required then just notify us by email/telephone (stating reason for return) within 30 days of receipt.
If goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt we will issue a full refund including postage and packaging, or a replacement. After 7 working days we will refund the cost of the order minus the postage and packaging charge paid. The costs of returning goods will be paid by you.
The consumer has a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period in order for a refund to be given.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning items, this can be done in the form of a receipt which will be given to you on request at your local post office. In the event of an item being lost on its way back to us, the proof of postage will be required in order for a refund to be actioned. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty).
Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 7 days and arrange to post them back to us.
We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 7 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.
