All personalised items are non refundable unless proven to be faulty.
Buyers are responsible for return postage fees. If you are returning an item, please send back to me in the original packaging and in an "unused" condition. Please ensure you keep a proof of posting receipt. I cannot give a refund if the item is returned damaged.
