Hi, my name is Karen. I got into embroidering gifts when my cousin asked me if I would like to take his embroidery machine off his hands because he didn’t have the time to use it. I said ‘Yes Please’ and soon enjoyed creating personalised gifts for family and friends, which they loved!

All Personalised items are non returnable unless faulty or there has been a mistake on our part.
Non Personalised items can be returned with 7 working days of delivery. Please email us if you are not completely satisfied and would like to return any item. The items must be returned in the original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the return costs. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your returns as we can not offer a refund if the product is lost and there is no proof of postage.
