Pegasus is a mythical, winged, divine horse, and one of the most recognised creatures in Greek mythology. He is the offspring of the Olympian God, Poseidon, and the Gorgon Medusa. He was foaled upon Medusa’s death.
This is a very special lamp as it is a result of a collaboration with top 3D fibre sculptor, Stephanie Lester (Instagram: @stephanielesterartist). Steph was responsible for the design and creation of Pegasus’s fabulous soft and glistening fibre wings. These have a wire top frame so can be gently manipulated to give other wing shapes, if required.
The lamp is made from galvanised iron pipe fittings which have then been primed and coated with Culture Hustle’s Titanium White acrylic paint. Brass fittings have also been added to give contrast. The lamp switch is contained within Pegasus’s front, left hoof and he sits upon an Indian Rosewood base.
The 3-core electrical cable is encased in a hard-wearing, braided, polyester sleeve and is fitted with a 3 amp, UK plug. The lamp comes with a FREE 60W, retro Edison filament bulb and is earthed and fully PAT tested.
*PLEASE NOTE: This lamp is handmade to order, so please allow up to 21 days from order to dispatch*

An iconic piece whose robust metallic contours embrace a loving and intimate moment. A most beautiful work of art, meticulously designed and finished with absolute precision. The heart shaped light is exquisite.

Brought our first lamp at a handmade show in Milton Keynes which was fabulous and was so nice to hear the way they are made. Then brought the fisherman online as a present and it came on time as expected, we was kept updated on its progress and was well packaged. Highly recommend!
