Resin Jewellery Care Instructions
Resin jewellery is pretty hard-wearing, however to get the best out of your jewellery and ensure it lasts, please try to adhere to the following advice:
To keep your jewellery looking beautiful avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, hairspray, cleaning solutions, nail polish remover, antibacterial hand sanitiser, deodorant etc.
Please do not submerge your item in water; remove when showering, bathing or swimming. Resin is not waterproof.
Remove your jewellery or when undertaking manual or domestic work to prevent scrapes and bumps.
You can polish the resin slowly and gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
When not in use, store individually in a cool dark place. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause the resin to discolour or soften.
Sterling silver does tarnish over time. You can polish the silver with a soft dry cloth, or use a special impregnated silver cleaning cloth (ensuring this does not come into contact with the resin).
