ItalianHeartHandmade is based in UK and sells jewellery on nuMONDAY since 2019.

The privacy policy applies when you buy a product or a service or otherwise use our services through or its related sites and services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including nuMONDAY or any third party services you access through nuMONDAY. Personal Data Collected or Received - Purpose and Lawful basis

We acquire your personal data (like your name, your email, your address, your phone number) only if, and when, you buy a product from us OR you contact us directly. We want to keep the use of personal data to a minimum, so when not in use, personal data will be encrypted securely. 

We acquire, store, process or in general use your personal data exclusively to: 
- offer you our service (buy the product, deliver the product, return the product);
- deal with your enquires;
- deal with returns, problems with our services or products;
- comply with legal obligations. 

We collect these information only with your consent, for performing a contract we are both part or initiating one and compliance with legal obligations (like, for example, taxation or criminal law). We want to underline that if you do not provide us with the required personal information to complete the order or the delivery or return or solve the enquire or an issue with the service, we will be unable to provide the said service or solve the matter with you. 

Sharing and disclosure of personal data

Personal data will be shared exclusively and in a secure way with 
- nuMonday: it offers the platform for the Shop, and we need to share information with it to comply with our obligations under both the nuMONDAY Terms of Use. You can find the privacy policy here

If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law. Italian Heart Handmade retains your personal data only as long as necessary to provide you with my services, according to legal requirements of reporting and recording. Shipping Policy

The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, the recipient's location, the seller's processing time and location, and the chosen courier (Royal Mail). All National orders are processed through Royal Mail and sent on 2nd Class UNLESS specified differenctly. This means that your order will arrive in 2-3 working day. If you need faster delivery or a different service (e.g.tracked and signed), this can be organised with the owner ACCORDINGLY and WITHIN REASON (organising at least 3 days in advance and it does not apply to made to order products). All International orders are processed through Royal Mail and sent on International Tracked and Signed 2nd class UNLESS specified differenctly. This means that your order will arrive in 3-5 working day if you are ordering from Europe. If you need faster delivery, this can be organised with the owner ACCORDINGLY and WITHIN REASON (organising at least 5 days in advance the preferred date). Other factors - like placing an order on a weekend or a bank holiday - may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. Note that this specification is an estimate.

Return Policy

The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: - Custom or personalised orders - Items on sale Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
