• Painted using Winsor & Newton Artists’ Watercolour Paint, on 100% cotton, Saunders Waterford 300gsm Traditional White Paper.
• A certificate of authentication comes with the picture signed and dated by the artist.
• The picture IS signed by the artist.

Shipping Policy

Please make sure your Address/Shipping address is correct and current to prevent problems.

All items are shipped within 1-4 business days after receiving payment, unless otherwise stated. They are sent via Royal Mail or courier Tracked and signed where possible.

Expected delivery times: UK - 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. International - one to four weeks after dispatch.
Please Note: On occasion international shipping can take a little longer than expected due to hold ups with the postal services. This is more likely to occur at times of increased demand i.e Christmas, Easter etc.

All unframed artworks are enclosed in cellophane bags for protection and are shipped flat in an envelope with a rigid mdf board to prevent damage.

All framed artworks are packaged with a rigid Mdf board and bubble wrap for protection inside a cardboard box.

Return Policy

Please contact me to coordinate return of the item within 5 days of receipt. I will issue a refund when I receive the returned item. The refund will include the amount of the purchase minus original shipping charges. 

Items must be returned undamaged. Please package well when returning and send a message when shipped, with any postage information included. The buyer is responsible for return shipping/packing/tracking costs and fees.

If an item is damaged in shipping please take pictures of the damaged package and item, from many angles, so that I can record the damage with the intention of ensuring it won't happen again in the future.

Please contact me immediately for a solution before leaving a " Neutral" or " Negative" feedback. I would try my best to deal with any difficulties and I will always put customer service at first place.

However, to return the item to me you will have to pay the shipping costs.

Lost orders:
It is rare that an order gets lost but if your package does not arrive within 6 weeks of the shipping date I'll re-ship it, unless I have no replacement (in this case I offer refunds). I appreciate your patience while waiting for the package, sometimes this takes a long time if it is held in customs - you should always contact your local post office.
