If a product is faulty, I will pay the return shipping cost.
If the product is NOT faulty and you decide for whatever reason you don't actually want it, then you, the customer, pays the return shipping cost.
Either way, you MUST notify me about the return within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
Any products returned from overseas MUST be clearly marked on the Customs Declaration: RETURNING TO MANUFACTURER
Failure to do this will mean that I have to pay IMPORT DUTY etc. and if this happens, that cost will be charged to the customer (ie. taken from the refund amount.
