Each item has been photographed to be as true in colour as possible, however please note that due to different devices screen resolutions, colour may vary slightly on receipt of the piece from that in the photograph.
By their very nature, many gemstones have inclusions and are not uniform in shape. This is what makes them so unique, and these differences are not considered as flaws.
Each item of jewellery is handmade and checked thoroughly prior to despatch however if you should find an item to be faulty, please contact Lizzy Eve Designs in the first instance and we will be happy to refund/repair/replace as appropriate. If you should change your mind about an item you have 30 days from receipt to return it. Please contact Lizzy Eve Designs prior to return. In order to receive your refund the item must be un-used and returned in the same condition as it was despatched. Upon receipt we will inspect the item and contact you with regards to processing your refund. Should this be approved you will be refunded via your original method of payment. Please obtain proof of postage when returning an item, as should this get lost in the post we are unable to provide a refund without this information. Shipping costs for the refund of an unwanted item cannot be refunded. Due to health and safety reasons, unfortunately earrings cannot be returned.
