Items usually take approx 7 working days processing time (this does not include postage time). At busier periods such as Christmas, Back to School this period may be extended. If you require orders quicker than this please contact me before placing an order. We accept no responsibility for items that take longer than expected to arrive. Once we have posted items this is out of our hands. All items are sent via a "Signed for" service for extra piece of mind. In the case of items not arriving we will pass on all the relevant proof of posting for you to follow up with the postal company We post items to the exact address input during the order process.
