I send items out the day after payment has been cleared. Unless otherwise stated in my shop, please check during the holiday season.

Delivery times will differ during high traffic post times, be aware if you need the item quick. This is out of my control.
I use royal mail. And do not post overseas. Uk only.
All items can be returned and the customer must pay for its return together with a proof of posting.
If the item is faulty then the post will be refunded.
The item must be returned in it original state and able to be put back on sale (earrings are not included in this, ear wires are always replaced on return)
You have 14 days after the delivery of the item to return it.
Only on return will the refund be issued.
Custom orders are not returnable.
