Shipping Policy
Turn around time is 7 days, from day of purchase. After which they will be dispatched. Although, it is often before this. In some cases, fabrics may need to be ordered in. You will be notified if this is the case and have the option to cancel the order, if this doesn't suit you. All items are sent 1st class via royal mail, where I can I will secure proof of postage. Packages are not considered lost until 14 days from postage, therefore I will be unable to do anything about a missing parcel before this time.
It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct name and address.
Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted. All items are handmade to order, as such they are each unique. Small differences may be present between sets, due to the nature of some fabrics and being cut out by hand. All products are created to the highest quality. If there is a problem with your order, please do contact me, I'll do my best to resolve any issues
