My name is Helen Rogers and I live and work in Manchester as a Self Employed Designer Maker. After graduating with a BA Hons Degree in Fine Art, Photography & Painting in 1995 I began a career in the Art Education departments for high schools & colleges within Manchester City Council but after prolonged serious illness meant I was no longer able to maintain a normal job I started MisHelenEous in June 2013. Inspiration comes from various sources including my surroundings, nature and our dog. Hence the miscellaneous nature of the items I make & the idea behind my business name. I’m a Punny Business but not everyone gets it first time! I’m a shameless multi-crafter and if you follow me on social media you can see work in progress and new ideas before they appear in my shop. Many ideas are developed with my customers and friends and the ‘Muse’ often appears in my shop listings on NuMonday. Mainly an online business I do attend some Craft Fairs & Events in the Manchester area. I recycle fabrics and craft materials and also try to support other UK businesses by sourcing my supplies in Britain. As an official Made In Britain Member you can trust that all my work is designed, created and produced by me and carries the MIB Marque. In my first 5 years of trading I have shipped goods to 34 different countries and recently won a Theo Paphitis Small Business Sunday Award.

I also undertake bespoke, custom orders and small trade orders to the pet product industry, so if you have any specific requests please contact me.

During the global Covid19 outbreak I hope to continue trading as normally as possible. However there may be times when I have to put a longer dispatch period on orders both in the UK & Overseas. I may also have to suspend Overseas and even UK orders at times. I may eventually have to put my nuMONDAY Shop in Holiday Mode if I have to self isolate, the Post Office is closed, or Mail cant be sent. Terms and Conditions

For a Refund contact me within 14 days of receipt and return the item in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will not be given for items damaged by the customer or from not following aftercare and washing information where provided. The customer pays return postage. Also see nuMONDAY Terms of Use.

Shipping Policy

Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, but in general I dispatch orders between 1-3 days of receipt. Items are posted First Class via Royal Mail or Standard International Air Mail for overseas orders. If you require a Signed For delivery service please contact me for a price before placing an order. Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges I gladly accept returns for a refund, or exchanges. Contact me within: 7 days of delivery and Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
