This downloadable file includes 4x A4 sheets (12 exercises per sheet) – plus cover – which can be printed at home to provide 48 different mindfulness and gratitude exercises.
This deck has been designed and written by Alice here at Rocksalt and Sage. The uncut flat-lay sheets are designed to be printed on A4 paper/card (210mm x 297 mm) and can then be cut into individual cards measuring approximately 7cm x 7cm.
