Shipping Policy

**During the 2022 Christmas period, all items will be posted 1st class the next day. Custom pet portraits or made-to-order items are sent Tracked 48 within 3-5 days of ordering and receiving reference photos**

Orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Can be sent Tracked on request and for an additional fee. Great care is taken to package items and keep them safe, however, I cannot be held accountable for the items once they are with Royal Mail, delays and damages are very rare but possible.

Return Policy

I Will happily accept returns if there is a problem with your order, however, any custom/personalised/pet portraits cannot be returned or refunded.
