Shipping Policy

I aim to post out all items the next business day after payment has been received, however, please allow up to 7 working days for despatch. If you do need something straight away, please message me to let me know and 1st class postage can be arranged otherwise I post all items via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. Larger items will be sent using Hermes 3-5days delivery signed for tracked delivery or Royal Mail 2nd class signed for, if in stock and coming from me. Made to order and special orders will come directly from my printer, who aims to print and despatch between 7-10 days, if print canvas is in stock, and he uses Royal Mail 2nd class signed for delivery. Contact me for more details on made to order and special order delivery times and stock before ordering. I do my best to update my shop every day, but in the event that an item you have purchased has just sold elsewhere, I will contact you straight away to let you know and to take your advice on whether you want a refund or would like to wait for me to make the item to order for you. Please ensure that you check your email SPAM folder.

Return Policy

I abide by distance selling regulations and if you have received an item that you wish to return, please let me know as soon as possible after you have received the item and, in any event, within 14 days of receipt. You must then arrange to return the item to me within 30 days from receipt. Please make sure that the item/s are kept in an animal and smoke free environment before return or I will not be able to accept them on return if contaminated with either, due to them being made of fabric. Bags and purse zips are checked before sending, but if the item is faulty then I will refund you the cost of the item plus postage and return postage. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, postage will not be refunded. I will check any item you return, if it is faulty as stated, I will refund or replace the item. Please also be aware that monitor settings can make things a different colour than they actually are and occasionally my photos show the colour on my items differently due to different times of day that I may have taken the photograph (sunshine changing the light for example since I’m not a professional photographer), so the colour may not show as a constant throughout. If you are unsure about the colour or need assurance please contact me before purchase as I cannot accept returns due to you feeling that the item is not the exact colour represented in the photo. If I am having an item made for you on a special request (i.e. a design you’d like on an item that I’ve not previously stocked or photographed) I will be unable to photograph it in advance of sending as it will come directly from my printer who makes my items individually for me. However, I will do a photoshop mock up for you in advance to show you what it will look like, the placement of the design on the item and send you photos of the item to approve. If you approve the item, I will not be able to accept returns, due to the item being made to your specification, unless the item is faulty.
