Apart from blankets, all items should be ready for dispatch within 2-3 business days. Where there are orders of multiple items, shipping may be delayed as I make many item to order.
If an item is faulty or not as described, items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received back.
