All of our products are produced in Wales.
Items are sold using descriptions and measurements that are as accurate as possible. Please note that all sizes, dimensions, volumes, specifications etc are approximate and are provided by the manufacturer.
Please check all your spellings, especially the delivery address, and any relevant delivery instructions as we do NOT check these for you.
All images produced on our products are copyrighted, ©2022 all rights reserved, and ownership of these images is retained by their respective owners, either Knockhill racing circuit, The McRae family or ourselves the McRae Rally Challenge Merchandise store. No further use can be made of any of the images at any time, and should you wish to licence any of the store’s images, please send us a message.

All goods are created once fully cleared payment has been received.
We aim for a maximum of a 7-day turnaround time for goods to be manufactured and printed and despatched but this time may increase during busy seasonal times. We do aim for a 2 to 3 day turnaround from placing the order, but can’t guarantee this.
We provide delivery through a recognised UK delivery system.
We will not be held responsible for any items sent to wrongly given addresses/missed deliveries.
We primarily use the Royal Mail 2nd class service to keep delivery prices to a minimum, but will use other reliable agents should the need arise.
Once your order has been received and payment has fully cleared, we aim to keep you fully informed on the progress of your order, when the need arises. Please provide an email address so that we can inform you that your goods have been forwarded through the delivery system.
In this instance where an item has been delivered with damage or has gone missing, we will lodge a complaint and file a claim with Royal Mail/Delivery agent used.
Delivery timescales and standard operating procedures of the agents will be used, when items are forwarded, and these can be found on the relevant delivery service company’s, web sites.
Should any of the items in your order be damaged, we would ask that you send us photos of any damage to the items. The photos MUST be clear, and show the item completely and show any damage. The packaging and box must also be photographed to show any damage.
Due to the way these postal and parcel services work, we will follow their decision on damaged goods, and this decision will be final.
We use reputable delivery agents, The Royal Mail, DPD, Parcel Force, TNT, Fedex and UPS. We don’t use any other company, due to previous problems with their service.
We are an online business and all items will be delivered via a postal/parcel delivery service. No collection service is available.
Any personalised items cannot be returned unless they have proven to be damaged during delivery, any claims for damaged goods will see us adhere to our shipping policy. Please read it carefully.
Any accepted returns will be at our discretion. Any refunds will be made once the item has been received back and has been inspected for any damages. Return delivery costs must be met by the customer. We do not pay any return postage costs.
Any attempted or suspected fraud will be reported to the police
