As someone who classes themselves a workaholic, I started crafting in March 2020 to help not only relieve boredom during the 1st Covid-19 lockdown but more importantly to look after my own mental health during this difficult period in all of our lives. I thrive on being busy so learning new skills during this time was so important to me. I have just a few months later become addicted to knitting and had so much more opportunity to continue with my love of photography and also use these skills to make beautiful cards.

Bring a bit of colour to your eco-friendly shopping trips with this handmade macrame market bag.
These bags are ideal for carrying those forgotten items from your local supermarket or perfect to take to the farmers market, or even a trip to the beach. They can be folded or rolled up so you can keep them in your car or handbag, so you are never caught out without a reusable bag!
These bags are made using braided cord (which makes them very stretchy) made from recycled t-shirts so totally environmentally friendly and plastic free. Each one is unique as I like to use items such as left over ribbons or other items such as bangles for the handles. Due to the braided cord used, this bag will stretch when full and re shape when emptied.
Beige market bag with tassels. This bag has recycled sparkly blue/silver bangles as handles. The bag measures 12″ depth and 7″ width before filling.
