What does estimated delivery mean? The estimated delivery is in relation to an uninterrupted delivery process and provided as a guide only, it is not a guaranteed delivery date and once the item has been dispatched from the shop the delivery date is beyond our control. Custom and personalised orders Please ensure that custom and personalised details are correct at the time of placing an order. All details are copied and pasted exactly into designs and messages. If you notice an error in the details you have provided please send an email as soon as possible of the required changes prior to the item/s dispatch. Personalised messages will not be printed with emojis or shape symbols.
