all purchases are final at the point of sale, we aim to deliver item within 7-10 business days, item will not be refunded but may be replaced in some circumstances, i.e item not arrive, stolen but must provide a police ref Number. Items that are reported damaged will need to provide images i.e packaging or item bought is damages email us at lanosacappello@outlook.com. please allow up to 20days to solve. we will only deal with these types of refunds and replacements via Email.
If your item has not been delivered and this is a fault by the post office or currier, we will send that/them items again but ill be sent via recorded delivery and would require a signature at no extra cost to you the consumer. but if not signed for and we have to send again that delivery cost will be recovered by the consumer.
