Due to the unique nature of our products, Tri-essence photographs, catalogues and thoroughly inspects all items that are produced by us. All descriptions are as accurate as we can make them and are always accompanied by at least one picture. All unique items are, by their nature, one off designs and are sold on a first come first served basis. (you will be advised as quickly as possible if an item is no longer available and alternative options are always given.) Some of our unique products are sometimes also on sale at the festivals, craft fairs and artisan fairs that we attend and whilst we make every effort to remove any items sold elsewhere as soon as possible, there is on a rare occasion a cross over point where an item is both listed on numonday and sold at a festival. In this very rare event our customers are always given the option of having a new item designed and made especially for them in a similar style (at no extra cost) or receive a full refund.
Many of our wooden items contain up-cycled components that have been restored by us in our workshop. We do not use wood that has been cut from living trees solely for the purpose of building our products, (the tree is much more valuable to us living in the forest). All chains are 925 silver and all crystals used are the real thing.
