Description
Pause and take a breath. This linocut is of Komyo-in Temple in Kyoto, which I visited in late 2019. The doors of the temple open onto a rock and moss garden. This is my largest and most detailed linocut to date – I was drawn to the different textures of the wooden temple and the garden beyond.
