All products are made to the order and shipped by Royal Mail in 5-7 working days from payment.

We are happy to fully refund any order cancelled up to 24 hrs from being placed. All our products are "MADE TO ORDER" and processed immediately once received. In case when plugs/tunnels are being already made we will refund only p&p cost if you wish to cancel your order.

IF NO CHANGES ARE MADE TO THE ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS, SHOP DO NOT ACCEPT PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS.

~WRONG QUANTITY IN ORDER~

If you notice that you have chosen wrong quantity, or you think you did go wrong with your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

~CUSTOM ORDERS~

Prices depend on size(we do make +40mm sizes ),type of wood and design.

If you have any particular pattern on mind send us a photo,draw or vector.
Based on its difficulty will send you pricing for 3D design (£15-£80)plus costs for chosen plugs and p&p costs
When the payment is made you receive 3D photo and you decide if you are happy with it
You need to know that simple patterns take our designer up to 2 hours and the detailed ones few hrs to be made that is why deposit is non refundable.

Order will be ready to send in 5-7 working days according to shipping policy.

Custom orders are always calculated on same base:

£- P&P charges(custom orders above £50 only with signed for postage method)

We strongly advice to take into consideration - More detailed patterns are not as much visible on small size plugs/tunnels compare to bigger sizing.Some of patterns are not possible to be made on sizes smaller than 10mm.
All designs are exactly same on each size however they will be lot less visible on smaller surfaces.
