Description

A desirable hobbit house residence built using a pink, lilac, maroon, and multi-coloured polymer clay with an internal glass jar as a base.

The main body of the hobbit house has a round door with mushroom canopy, is decorated with multicoloured bunting, flowers, dog house and bird box, mushrooms, ladybirds and a caterpillar. Heart shaped windows.

The roof has individual tiles made by Thuldohr’s building merchant – which is located north of primrose woods, down by the creek and close to the old wise faerie’s cottage. As a bonus, Thuldohr kindly engraved each one of tiles (what a lovely dwarf!) This time I chose mainly leaves & flowers.

The roof/lid unscrews from main body of faerie house to reveal a space for storing small goodies! There is also a tiny battery operated tea-light which when lit in the evening gives the impression of someone inside!

Please be aware that this hobbit house is a collectable ornament and not meant as a toy. It is therefore not suitable for children under the age of 14 due to small parts and a glass jar interior.

Shipping and Delivery options

Domestic Shipping Only
Small/lighter items will be sent by 1st class recorded delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 24/48hrs.
Large/heavier items will be sent by either Royal Mail or a Courier and will require a signature on receipt. Delivery ought to be within 4-7 days from the time of despatch.

Processing Time
It is my aim to complete all orders within 2-3 days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been posted a tracking number will be forwarded to the customer.

Shipping Address Details
Please contact us immediately if you need to change the shipping address as once it is posted it is impossible to update that information and will be sent to the address given at the time of order.

Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible after you have placed your order for it to be cancelled. Sadly, once the item has been sent the order cannot be cancelled, however it can be returned at the customers expense unused and in the original condition. Please see ‘Returns’ for further details.

Returns
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the purchase date. Please contact us before returning any items. All returns must be unused and in the original condition. All returns accepting faulty items, are returned at the customers expense. Please use a tracked service to ensure the goods return safely as you are responsible for their safe return. Once the item has been received it will be inspected and a refund given if it meets the conditions of return.

Delayed Orders
You have the right to cancel an order if there is a delay in sending your item and receive a full refund. Shipping delays do not fall under ‘Whatever Next Creations’. liability. For delays from the shipping carrier please contact them first for advice on the delay.

Damaged Orders
Should your item be damaged by the shipping carrier please contact me and I will do my best to help with filing a claim of compensation with them.

Shipping Restrictions
No shipping to Po Box numbers.
No international shipping.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the purchase date. Please contact us before returning any items. All returns must be unused and in the original condition. All returns accepting faulty items, are returned at the customers expense. Please use a tracked service to ensure the goods return safely as you are responsible for their safe return. Once the item has been received it will be inspected and a full refund given if it meets the conditions of return. A postal refund will also be issued if the item is faulty.
