If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or the item is not to your liking a refund will be offered for all stocked items once the item has been returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging including any promotional items.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the return shipping costs (unless the items is being returned due to a fault). We recommend items are sent back via a trackable method and please ensure you obtain a proof of postage as Kreative Chaos will not be held responsible for any items that go missing in transit.
Note: Earring (due to hygiene reasons), personalised, custom, handmade to order items are non returnable unless deemed faulty.
We must be notified within 14 days of delivery to inform us of any issues and items must be shipped back within 30 days. You can cancel a stocked item prior to shipment. It is not possible to cancel a custom order.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and Kreative Chaos is not responsible for delays due to customs or the postal services at busy times, e.g Christmas etc.
