These are 11 Oz (measuring 9.5cm in height, diameter is 8cm) ceramic mugs printed myself by sublimation. The designs are all mine and I take custom orders for personalised items.
I use orca coated mugs giving good dishwasher durability but I still do advise hand-washing regularly to make sure you keep the fabulous quality of your mug.

My Name is Caroline Ayre, about 20 years ago I studied art and design and an HND in printed textile design.  After that I designed greetings cards, I had a few published by greeting card publishers and went on to design my little notepads and make handmade cards which I sold through craft fairs and shops. I was then called Ewe Designs,  after several years I changed my path, trained to be a nurse and had a family, all this became a bit of a distant memory.  In 2014 I found some of my original designs and with the support of friends and family restarted. Gigglydoodles was born in 2015, when I started painting and designing bespoke Jute bags, these are done to order so are only available through me or my facebook page but could set up a custom order. I absolutely love designing, painting, drawing and experimenting with new ideas. I do all this on my days off while my children are at school.  I am always open to new ideas and suggestions and welcome bespoke orders so please feel free to message me with any questions.

Delivery

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.  Times may vary in busier periods please check before you purchase.
Processing time is the time from when you order to the day your order is dispatched, I cannot guarantee a delivery date due to the nature of postal and courier services.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping Policy

The cost paid will cover postage via Royal Mail second class, this will usually take around 3 days from dispatch

Return Policy

Please contact me within 7 days of receipt if item is faulty. I will only accept returns if the product is unused and in original packaging within 30 days. Refunds cannot be given on personalised or bespoke items unless faulty or damaged Returns are paid for at the expense of the buyer.
