I use Royal Mail for parcels. I try to get parcels out within a few days and they 2nd class. Please allow for delays and strikes within Royal mail this also counts for weekends and Bank Holidays.
I only accept returns if the item is faulty or broken on delivery please keep all package if this is the case.
