Harlequin Tealight Holder

Description

Made from red, orange and yellow transparent glass squares arranged on a clear base in a harlequin design with additional clear pieces over the meeting points, this piece has been contour fused and then slumped over a mould in my kiln to produce an attractive, colourful and textured piece which not only looks great, especially when in a light area where the colours are projected on to the surface, but also wonderfully tactile.

It measures 180 (l)x120(w)x45(h)mm and has a depression on the top suitable for holding a tealight or even small items of jewellery, keys, or coins should you prefer.

Each one is made to order and can be customised to your preferred colour palette limited only by the colours and hues of fusing glass commercially available.

With sourcing and selecting materials,construction time, and two visits to the kiln needed, each piece takes two to three days to make (possibly longer if you want a colour I don’t keep in stock), so please allow a week from placing your order to receiving your item.
