Most decorations are custom made orders and as such are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Although, if you wish to return our product, we will happily accept it - but we cannot provide free returns at this stage. We try our best to pack and protect our products, but we cannot control the way the package is handled once it has been dispatched. If your parcel arrives in any part damaged or you wish to return, please get in touch within 3 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
