Description

Our wonderful handmade soap sponges are made with 100% vegan and natural Glycerin Soap, which is hypoallergenic and deeply moisturising to the skin. Combine that with our 2 sided exfoliating sponges to leave Your Skin Fresh & Radiant.

It’s easy to use, just wet it and squeeze it to create a rich lather, then massage it over your body in circular motions. Rinse and hang to dry after use.

Our soap sponge can last for several weeks, depending on how often you use it and how well you store it.

*It is important to keep it dry between uses, as leaving it in water will make the soap dissolve faster. You can also cut the soap sponge into smaller pieces to extend its life span.

Shipping Policy

This whole operation is run by one dedicated human being, this human being has a full time job, working weekend night shifts, with this in mind, we offer same or next-day weekday dispatch. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, may not be dispatched until Monday.

*Please note: We do not dispatch on UK Bank Holidays.

Standard shipping cost is £2.95 for Mainland UK.

Shipping to Ireland and Northern reaches of Scotland may include an additional upcharge (dictated by our shipping partner) if this is the case, you will be contacted via email, prior to your parcel being shipped.

On orders above £30 we offer FREE UK (Mainland) shipping via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which offers shipping within 3 working days on average. Delivery time depends on Royal Mail.

Just a quick note before all the legal stuff.
I want all my customer to be 100% happy with their purchases and will do everything I can to make that happen. Sometimes, things don't go to plan, a parcel might get damaged in transit or get lost along the way. These things unfortunately do happen, but I'm committed to making sure that my customers are happy and want to come back!

So if there's any issues at all, please never hesitate to contact me and I'll do my best to make it right. You can always message on Facebook and I'm pretty quick to respond. (As a millennial, I'm always on my phone!)

*I work 12 hour night shifts at the weekends though, so if I don't reply straightaway during these hours, please be patient because I'm probably sleeping x

Our Returns Policy
Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with pictures if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Simply Beautiful Scents will consider a return request for any item that is defective, damaged in transit or otherwise faulty if notified within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Simply Beautiful Scents will not refund and reimburse/replace any item after this period for any reason.

Simply Beautiful Scents will accept returns of items that are no longer required or have been ordered by mistake, provided the item is unused and in original condition. This must be requested within 14 days of the date of delivery of the item. In the case of a return due to the customer no longer requiring the item or it being ordered by mistake, the customer will be liable for any return costs, this will not be reimbursed by Simply Beautiful Scents.

In the case of an item that has been received by the customer that is faulty, damaged in transit or a different product than what was ordered, a refund, return or replacement may be authorised.

Items not eligible for return:

Discounted items (unless defective/damaged in transit).
Any item where the original packaging has been removed or the product has been used (this is for hygiene reasons).
Gift Cards (for any reason).

Customers need to obtain a returns authorisation form before returning items to 'Simply Beautiful Scents' (any returns sent without proper authorisation will not be processed).
Customers have 14 days from date of delivery in which to contact Simply Beautiful Scents, to request a return authorisation, for any item which is no longer required, was ordered by mistake or where the customer has changed their minds.
Simply Beautiful Scents will process returned items within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds to the original payment method will take upto 5 business days to reach the customer, from the date of 'Simply Beautiful Scents' processing the return.
'Simply Beautiful Scents' will email the customer once the return has been processed.
The customer will be liable for return shipping fees in the event of a return where the product is not faulty or damaged.
The customer will not be entitled to a refund of any shipping costs in the event of a return where the product is not faulty or damaged.
In the event that the incorrect item has been received or the product is defective or damaged on arrival with the customer, we will reimburse shipping costs, provided that adequate proof is given.
The customer accept responsibility to properly and safely package any returns. Any returns that have been damaged in the mail and are deemed to be unsuitably packaged may be rejected at the discretion of Simply Beautiful Scents.

To start a return for any reason, authorisation must be received by Simply Beautiful Scents, who will assess the return and provide (if appropriate) a return form for the customer to complete and return along with their item.
