Please note that my creations are handmade and, though I try my best to make them perfect, there may be small imperfections from the handmade process that add to its uniqueness.
Please contact me for any special requests as custom orders can be arranged. Make sure to allow plenty of time for the best results, a minimum of two weeks is needed for most items.
All resin will yellow eventually. I buy high-quality resin with UV stabilisers but it will still go yellow with time. Please do not keep items in direct sunlight. I try my best to take representative photos but please allow for colour variations between monitors.
Shipping Policy
Regular posting days are Mondays and Fridays to allow me to spend time in the studio creating. If you need urgent posting, please message me as it can usually be arranged.
Shipping is first-class and letter-sized packets are sent signed for, to ensure your items arrive safely. I do not offer international shipping unless asked due to the high cost of posting overseas.
I offer free shipping for orders over £75.
I recycle outer packaging where possible and bubble wrap - it saves us both money and protects the environment. Inner packaging is always new.
Return Policy
First of all, I want you to be happy! I'll accept returns within 14 days if faulty or not as described. Please contact me if you're not satisfied, and I will do my best to fix it.
Return postage will be refunded once the item has been received by me. Please obtain proof of postage.
