I’m Kirsty, a mother of 4 grown up children and grandma to 1. When I’m not crafting, I work part time teaching art and crafts to adults with learning difficulties. 2020 was a strange year but it gave me the opportunity and time to start selling. Shipping Policy

I send my items using Royal Mail. I obtain a proof of postage certificate for every item which I will photograph and email to you on dispatch. Larger items such as framed items will be sent by second classed signed for unless otherwise stated. Please message me before purchase to discuss postage upgrades and prices. I will make a private listing for you including the upgrade.
Smaller items such as cards will be send by second class post unless otherwise stated. A postage upgrade to first class class can also be added for an extra

Return Policy

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I cannot accept any returns that are personalised or custom orders. Other items can be returned but buyers will have to pay return postage and may be liable for any returns not received in a restockable condition. Contact me within 7 days of receipt to notify me of your intention to return and please return within 21 days in the original condition for a full refund. The cost of the original postage will not be refunded.
