Colours & Descriptions - Please note that colours can vary from screen to screen, so the colours you see may not be indicative of the actual product you receive. Descriptions are correct at the time of publication of our content, but occasionally may contain an error.
Orders will usually be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of receipt. Exclusions are bank holidays.

These items are NOT toys and should not be bought as such. The handmade items are for decoration purposes only and the craft supplies should be used as per their manufacturers instructions. £3.95 for items bought at the same time up to 2kg via Royal Mail parcel 2nd class, or Evri. Will combine postage where possible, or can collect if local. (UK only) for overseas please contact me for a price.
For any orders over 2kg and below 5kg I will use Royal Mail 48hrs tracked with £100 compensation limit for £7.50.
If you think the items you wish to order will either be over 5kgs or over £100 please get in touch BEFORE you order so that we can come to some suitable arrangement.
For international buyers, please contact me BEFORE making any purchases, as postal prices are quite high and you might want to change your mind.
Items are usually posted out in pre-used bubble and boxes to help the environment with recycling.
As all handcrafted items are unique, exchange or returns are not generally accepted. Once item has left me I am no longer responsible for it. I will always forward the tracking number if sent via parcel post, Royal Mail or Hermes.
