Usually the purchased item is carefully and professionally packed in safe proper packaging, dispatched and ready for shipping within 2-4 working days after the payment was received. In some cases if I'm unable to dispatch your order within max. 4 working days (unless previously stated before purchase), I will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and conditions as to the nature of the delay.
I do ship parcels domestically and worldwide without any exceptions mostly by Royal Mail standard delivery or Parcel Force or by one of selected independent delivery company. All parcels are shipped with a standard insurance available within the company's regulations. If you are interested about any additional or particular type of insurance please contact me prior the shipping to discuss your requirements. International shipment: all parcels are shipped along with all documentation such as customs declaration and commercial / proforma invoice required by the law. With regards to this I cannot take responsibility for any local customs clearance issues which may occurred during the delivery.
When the shipping order is completed you will be updated immediately with details such as delivery company name, tracking number and assumed date of delivery. Most likely the shipments arrive to receivers on scheduled time, however this may be dependable on current situation regarding the local customs clearance and other important issues (international shipping). This part of delivery is totally beyond of my direct control, I'm afraid.
In fact, but very occasionally, parcels are delayed or lost during a shipment. Again, this issue is laying beyond of our control.
If parcel is delayed I kindly ask to inform me about this as soon as possible to let me find out the reason of delay and solution, and in a meantime I do suggest to wait patiently. With regards to this I cannot accept responsibility for any parcels lost during the delivery.
International shipment important notice: please be aware that some customs additional charges or local taxes can be requested and these issues are solely the Customer's (buyer) responsibility. I do not accept returns nor order's cancellations caused by refusal of making payment requested by the local authorities.
