Shipping Policy

Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, but I aim to dispatch items within 7 working days of receipt of order. Personalised items may take longer as made to order, if you need it for a specific date please contact me before placing order so I can give you an estimate of dispatch/arrival time. Items are sent via the Post Office 2nd Class Signed For, for smaller items (£2/£2.50)and Hermes for larger items (£4).

Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges: I gladly accept non-personalised items returns for a refund, or exchanges. Contact me within: 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
