Returns & exchanges
Cancellations: Please contact me within 24 hours of purchasing to cancel your order
Custom made orders: If you have something particular in mind, please be as clear as possible in your instructions with the order. I'll send you photos of your custom made order before shipping. Please be sure to state any dissatisfaction at that stage and I'll do my best to make sure you're happy with the piece before shipping.
If the item doesn't arrive: All purchases are sent by Royal Mail or Hermes courier service, and are tracked and insured. You will be advised of your tracking number on the day it's sent. Please check after four days if not delivered, and contact me if there are any problems. I'll take it up with the company on your behalf and will re-make/re-ship the item for you.
If the item arrives damaged: Please contact me on delivery or as soon after as possible. As per the above, I will make and re-send a replacement and will take up the case with the shipping company on your behalf.
If you have changed your mind: Please notify me within three days of delivery, and ship the item back within 7 days of delivery. Please note that I can't take returns for custom made items, personalised items or items on sale. In the case of returns and exchanges, the buyer will be responsible for all postage - the return and the cost of the new item if exchanged. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
