Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Numonday. I share information with Numonday as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Numonday Seller Policy and Numonday Terms of Use.
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from The Print Crew you agree to the policies in place regarding shipping, returns and privacy. You agree to contact us within 30 days of purchase should any problems arise with the purchase of your product or the product itself. Any correspondence from you after the 30 day period may result in no action being taken by The Print Crew. Any action taken by The Print Crew after this day will be at the discretion of The Print Crew and any offer made will be by good will gesture only.

The Print Crew holds the copyright to all digital file designs. The files are to be used for PERSONAL USE only and are NOT to be used for commercial purposes. Anyone found to be in breach of this agreement will have the appropriate actions taken against them.

Shipping Policy

Please see item details for estimated arrival times. I ship my items via Royal Mail. Once the item leaves me, unfortunately, I have no control over how long it can take to arrive with you. Please bare this in mind when ordering during public bank holidays and peak seasons such as Christmas. Due to the struggles Royal Mail are going through recently, there has been some strike action being taken. Please be patient during these times and allow extra time for your order to get to you. In the rare chance your item does not arrive with you please get into contact with me and i will be more than happy to chase things up for you.

Please note buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns for unwanted non personalised items at the buyers expense. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. If you change your mind about an order please contact me as soon as possible to determine how far along in production your item is and if it is able to be cancelled.

Please note. We DO NOT accept cancellations/returns of personalised or made to order items including and not limited to digital downloads. However, if you do encounter a problem with these items please contact us to discuss a resolution. Files will be available to download payment is confirmed.
